The Department of Cardiology at the Affiliated Hospital of Shijiazhuang Medical College is equipped with the most advanced Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) systems for cardiac interventional therapy available in China. Furthermore, it houses one of the world's most sophisticated hybrid operating rooms - integrating both cardiac surgery and interventional cardiology capabilities - which is outfitted with a high-end 600-slice CT scanner. The department is also furnished with state-of-the-art resuscitation and diagnostic equipment, ensuring that it can provide patients with medical services of the highest quality.

The department currently comprises 2 Chief Physicians, 1 Associate Chief Physician, 2 Attending Physicians, 1 Resident Physician, 1 Assistant Physician, and 11 Nurses.

The department performs a wide range of complex cardiac interventional procedures, including coronary stenting, pacemaker implantation, and various complex radiofrequency ablation surgeries. Specialized services include: interventional procedures for complex coronary lesions (including retrograde recanalization for Chronic Total Occlusions [CTO]); leadless pacemaker implantation, His-bundle pacing, and triple-chamber pacemaker implantation; various complex radiofrequency ablation procedures (including ablation for Atrial Fibrillation and Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion); and various percutaneous valve replacement procedures.
